Actually the person that help my father use this tool stated to me, 2 of the cups were bent nothing was missing, buyer states 3 tools damaged and one missing, I offered to replace the damaged and missing tools at my cost, Buyer refused to send pictures of damage and item number of missing item , when they refuse to cooperate, then it's 98% most likely someone trying to scam you, this transaction and all messages have been reported to Ebay .
