The Diagonal Cutters that I received, did not appear to be UNused, or maybe they just had a lot of shelf wear on them, as the steel had quite a bit of pitting that one would not see on a new tool. I purchased them as a gift because I saw them on Jay Lenno's Garage program. They hyped the ease of cutting a lot more than is the actual fact.
