It appears to be a high quality rugged piece of equipment. I bought it mainly for key coding and topology. It has that and many more features. It was the best deal that I could find. It's use is pretty straightforward. One problem that I noticed is that it won't program a key for a 2011 chevy Silverado. Other than that I am satisfied with it. I plan on giving it a better test this coming weekend.

It comes with all kinds of adapters for pre-OBD2 data links, so naturally I assumed that it would work on pre-OBD2 vehicles. Which was a big selling point for me. So is supposed to work on older vehicles? If not then what are all the adapters for?
