The package arrived right on time, and was double-enveloped, just like other tools and parts I've bought in the past. Unforunately, it was mishandled during shipment and the actual ratchet had burst through the packaging, and is probably rattling around the floor of a delivery van or warehouse somewhere. However, the seller was very understanding and right away gave me a refund along with an apology. So I'd still honestly recommend this seller and would buy from them again if need be.
