Snap-On F71G
This particular model of the F71 ratchet family is the only one to offer the partially sealed ratchet head. It uses a Snap-On head cap retained in with the bushing. The F71 use a 30 tooth gear,, with a unique 2 tooth per side engagement pawl. Repair kit RKRA38DC is the kit used to bring this ratchet back to life, though I did have to shorten the new spring by 3 coils, as it was too long given the heavier guage wire that used to make the spring. In my opinion the spring supplied with the repair kit would had made the action too harsh and stiff for my liking, not to mention much tougher selector direction change. But it's your preference.
