Box was open with no packing not securely taped or packaged. Ring gear bolts were missing which normally come with Auburn units (we have plenty to cover that ) the additive made it. Also recommended by dealerships that market tarps, tents, and other accessories that are frequently exposed to direct sunlight. I've used this on the vinyl interior of my car for several years and it still looks and feels new.
