DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Sent me filters in a BAG!!!! All the filters were damaged! I contacted the seller and he said to return them so I ended up returning them to him and it’s already been a month since he received them and I have not received a refund nor a message from them. I contacted them 2 different times and they are not responding to any messages! Horrible experience with this seller. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The filters were shipped in their factory box and then inside of a polybag as our shipping labels stick to polybags better. USPS mishandled the package and damaged the items. We immediately responded to the customer and provided instructions for a prepaid shipping label for a return. We did miss 1 message from the customer on April 16th. They never returned the items to us. Ebay closed out their return. They reached out on May 4, we responded, looked into their return and still offered a refund.
