So first off it's 24v not 42v. That's not a deal breaker tho. It's a bit clunkier than I expected, it's light and feels good in your hands. I'm not a fan of the trigger , personally I like just a button but at this price point you can't complain. The whole ratchet feels kinda cheap but that's bc it is price wise. Power wise it feels about the same as the snap on it replaced which is 14v. I've had my snap on stuff for over 10 years and countless rebuilds and now batteries r worn out time 4 change
