The lift appears to be very well built and was not excessively difficult to assemble.Response time from seller when I had questions was longer than I would have liked,but they did respond.Shipping time from order to delivery was good.Factory packaging on skid not the best,but everything arrived undamaged.

Great seller and product. The shipment went out within a day or so. They quickly sent me a copy of the shipping manifest. When I could not reach the receiving dock, I sent the seller an email and they followed up with a phone call within an hour or two. The product is as described, well built and works great. While the assembly directions are minimal, it is very easy to assemble with the exploded diagram provided. Absent mounting to the car frame, it took me about two hours to assemble.

Very good seller .I was contacted to check my delivery location and to check if i needed any accessories to save on shipping. He was very helpful with all my questions. When the item shipped he sent me pictures of the truck and trailer with it loaded and name and phone number of driver. The escivator showed up in three days and the shipper was very nice and helpful.The escivator was even better than the pictures and was driven off the trailer i would buy from this seller again
