    Autel AULMD808P

    Easy to use. Finding easy the vehicle's systems and responding quickly, showing fault codes, recommending action. I´ve been using software based scanners ( on PC) rather long time, but AULMD808 is more intuitive and easy to navigate through the different systems, SRS, ABS etc. I am very satisfied and will recommend this gear to everyone that wants a handy and accurate tool.

    Be Aware!! only supports 2018 and older vehicles

    AUTEL MD808 pro only supports vehicles up to 2018. I have a 2019 Chevy Cruze and could not read it.. I contacted AUTEL support because it said lifetime updates. well there are no updates for newer vehicles and none in the works. The updates add different languages and add Brazilian and Chinese cars that no one in the United States owns. My unit was manufactured in 5/2021 so it was not an old model. With That being said if your vehicle is 2018 or older it is well built and capable of doing everything it claims. Just don't get fooled by free updates and don't think it will work for future vehicles.

    Excellent upgrade for an older scan tool.

    This replaced an older scan too that could not do ABS. So far it works great. As others have said it does take a while to boot and scan, but all in all nothing to complain about. I wish it had a single smog readiness indicator, but still it works perfectly. The extender cable that was included with it is a super tight fit at the connections so I don't use it. Really though, you don't need it.

    Nice Unit for a good price - MD808

    So far so good, I have scanned a few vehicles and it has been easy to navigate the MD808. I have been able to retrieve the codes with ease and it has worked well. I do like how it doesn't have any internal batteries either. That is how my last code reader went bad b.c the batteries sulfated in the unit and caused it to fail. Nice unit.

    Worked well. Easy to use.

    Check engine light illuminated on my 2011 Mazda 3. I plugged the MaxiDiag MD808 Pro into the OBD 2 port. It displayed four Diagnostic Trouble Codes. I swapped gas caps(first code mentioned) with my other Mazda and erased codes. Check engine light went out and has stayed out since then. Most likely recouped half of the money I spent already.
