BAD - DONT BUY FROM HIM! He sent half purchase so cant use it. I reached out & explained time was of the essence & must be sent with courier. He sent 2nd item with "ebay 2 day program" but sent to some unknown address in USA - i live in South africa. I explained 10 times & he hid behind ebay made me do it narrative. I managed to solve this myself ZERO help from him but now its with the postal service and will only be here next year. He now changed his store name. I must also pay 2 x import duty

To clarify, eBay provides sellers with an address in Chicago for international shipments. Sellers from the USA do not receive your physical address internationally; instead, packages are forwarded from Chicago to the destination country, in this case, South Africa. This process is in accordance with eBay's policy.
Additionally, the shipping time to South Africa may be prolonged due to the import process and customs clearance, factors that are beyond our control.
