I need your help on startup of 3001 reader. Everything comes on and seems fine. after scanning is done or boot up is done I press o.k. and the screen reads check coonnection and ignition is on. yes, all are fine as far as i knoww. all other features seem o.k. it will not show read code, erase code etc. i have really checked the connection and the ignition is on but that is it. i am not sure what to do. can you help. thankyou very much joe lincoln I need your help on startup of 3001 reader.
