When I messaged to find out why and asked for a tracking number, I was told by seller that when items are purchased cheap, they get lost in the lost and found and it is lost and asked if I wanted a refund. Would have preferred the item but it is what it is. Not saying the seller is not bring truthful, but a tracking number would have helped me confirm.

Super Soap Canon!!
After doing a ton of research everything pointed to this foam canon. Chemical Guys is famous in the auto detailing business and I've enjoyed everything they make. This is no exception. There are cheaper canons on the market and they may work as well but I doubt any will work better. So I paid a little premium and got the best.
