I ranked positive for the item quality as described. An item this heavy should NEVER be shipped with USPS. The box was mangled so badly that it couldn't be delivered. I had to drive into town and pick it up at the P.O. Luckily planer was ok. The postal service stinks in rural Oklahoma.
