Suspect they are selling damaged or defective returns. Item arrived, no damage to packaging. Went to use this morning and would not hold pressure. Found air leak which was a sheared coupling to tank. Would not be able to effect repair as broken coupling is in tank below where it could be grasped to remove. Contacted seller and no reply.
