Idiot lights on, air bag
Both original sensors were replaced. The dorman sensors were exact replacements. The idiot lights and air bag warnings went away. -On the 09 Silverado, these mount on the frame cross member under the radiator. They are to be torqued to 11 inch pounds. Without making a special tool, this is impossible to do. I torqued a bolt else where to get a feel for this and then just hand tightened. The tightness is just slightly over the threads bottoming out. I can tell you the originals were far too tight! Good luck!Both original sensors were replaced.
