I opened the box and oil from the filler cap leaked out all over the inside of the box. Had to use personal oil for replacement. Interchangeable vacuum pads were damaged but still usable as well as the threads on the vacuum pads were difficult to start with the provided hose. Overall it does it's job just poor presentation.
