The scanner is NOT the “Newest 2024 NT710” model as advertised. The model I received came with a 2022 owners manual. The seller gave me a $5 partial refund for my dissatisfaction. Note: 2024 model comes in a hard case. I asked the seller to correct the error in their description so other buyers are not misled.
