Sorry man, we got it to the post office within hours of your order and they lost it. Put a trace on it when you reported it missing and they didn't find it in time, so you got a full refund. There isn't really anything more that can be done when they lose items, and most of this is automated. In the end, we are the ones out the $9, but do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
