Banjo was what looked like a open box return, even though description said new.Ripped open with a large hole and taped back shut. The worst part was that it was broken when arrived. It was broken in a way that couldn't happen in shipping.Item also arrived 3 days late, not the sellers fault other than choice to use USPS and not a reputable carrier like UPS or FEDEX. Probably won't buy from again if they even care.

Regarding shipping, the item was ordered on the 17th, shipped the 18th, and arrived on the 23rd, within the expected 3-7 day delivery window for standard shipping.
