    Older Made in USA Puller, K-D 2286

    Good quality puller with a nice assortment of bolts to fit most harmonic balancers. My recommendation is based on a used puller because these older ones were made in USA, therefore more likely to last a long time. The crowfoot is forged and the bolts are Grade 5. One of the weaknesses of imports is the use of cheap bolts that can strip, bend, or break. If you buy a used unit examine the threads on both the screw and in the crowfoot, as this is the primary wear point. If they were lubricated when used they should be fine.
