This was perhaps the best eBay transaction I have ever had. The pre-owned tool I purchased was offered at a great price and was shipped very promptly. The seller promptly corrected an eBay billing error, with great communication. When the tool I purchased arrived but didn’t fully function as expected, I notified the seller, and was immediately given a full refund, even when I offered that the tool could possibly be repaired. Waited , waited and waited again on my matco tools distributor truck only to never hear about it because he would rather max out his tool allowance on toolboxes and not ordering what customers need. Ordered this off ebay .Tool arrived extremely late, glad it wasnt critical but did arrive as described in new condition. Overall great experience , id order again.
