While I was satisfied with the price at first, I was fairly displeased about how it was packaged and shipped. The record was shipped without an inner sleeve for the record and no outer plastic sleeve for the cover. Because of that, the record slid around on the inside, causing it to get scratched. The cover was damaged due to the package getting wet. A simple plastic sleeve would have prevented that. I wasn’t expecting perfect condition, but it came more damaged than when I first purchased it.

I offered the buyer a partial refund due to the poor handling by USPS, and the packaging error, however the buyer has not respond to my prior note. I try and make things right with my buyers when things go wrong, and prior to the buyer making a negative feedback, without reaching out.
