package went missing.. mail mans fault, but he redeemed himself buy finding the missing the package.. kept seller in the loop but no response from the seller throughout.. ultimately the product was good when finally delivered.

I am upset this buyer says we did not respond to the delivery issue created by the POST OFFICE. We were told the package may have been delivered to the wrong address at a late hour, after closing time. By the next day, the package was delivered before we received a response from our Postal Rep. The customer gave us no time to respond and the word "finally delivered" is a major exaggeration on their part. We always support our customers but have to work with the carriers on their time frame.
