Great but cables should be longer
It started my suzuki 1500 lc right away after I got a good connection. However the cables are too short and the weight of the Noco pulls the clamps off. Also the clamps don't grab the motorcycle battery posts, screws or anything very well so they pop off. The length of the cable is my main problem since it doesnt have anything to rest on while I hit the starter.

So far ok. Did chrage when plugged in. I tried a different cable and it worked. Contacted support and initially got the runaround but they relented and are now sending a new cable. Will have more to say after first jump start.

Well designed and easy to use
The GB20 had no trouble starting the car multiple times. It was easy to use, looks very well made, and has some nice additional features such a bright light with multiple modes.

GB20 very good for 3.5l
This product works fine on a V6 3.5l Toyota Sienna with a 10 year and a half old battery (more than 120k miles on the same battery). The battery is old and could not start the car after a week or so in the garage. GB20 has to charge 30s or more before cranking the engine and then it starts right away. GB40 might be more reliable for a really bad battery for this engine size but for a battery starting to fail, GB20 is perfect at least while it's new as mine is. I think I've already used it about 5 times and the charge level is still on green (75-100%) given that I don't think I've charged it to 100% to begin with (green light was still blinking). I've read somewhere that the jumper starter lasts longer if not kept at 100% all the time. It gives me some freedom before I buy a new battery ... Great buy for the money!
Im a car dealer, so I need a good jump box to take to auctions. The boost pacs are the best, but they can’t go on planes with sucks because I travel to different states to check out cars. Enter this little wonder and problem solved! I didn’t try it on cars that were DEAD-dead, but it did the trick for all the ones that just needed some juice. Quick charge time too
