I purchased this socket for my oil pressure sensor on my 99 dodge ram 1500. Had to buy this socket because the oil pressure sending unit was in a very tricky and hard to get at place. This socket is the right size for the metal base of the oil pressure sensor, but its to tight for the plastic upper body of the pressure sensor. So when I installed the new sensor in the pickup and removed the socket the plastic upper part of the pressure sensor was lodged/stuck in the socket and came removed from the base. I then had to use a mirror to reattach the plastic upper body of the sensor to the metal base, and hopefully I didnt damage anything in the process I guess we will see. I would not recomend buying this socket, for my year and model pickup anyways.
