If there was a star rating I would give them 4.5 stars. The only issue I have is the way it was shipped. My book had minor damage on the top right and left.
You should ship it in a box. It’s an expensive book and it’s a little disappointing when it shows up damaged.

Thanks for the prompt shipment and excellent value on the Turbo 400 book.
One suggestion that I would make on this type of shipment is to place a stiff piece of cardboard in front of or behind the book before inserting it into the mailing sleeve, to reduce the chances of having the package dropped and the edges of the book becoming damaged from the impact.
Please see the attached picture of the book as it arrived yesterday, with the wrinkled lower left corner near the torque converter.
