A fellow tech let me borrow this ratchet to get into a tight space. At first I thought that it was complete garbage before I even picked it up. I used it all day and really liked it. I have recommended it to other techs.

Great ratchet for the price.
I bought both the 1/4 flex and 3/8 flex ratchets. I reach for them over my Snappy ratchets. Only gripe is that the handle is a little thin. But I think that's because i'm accustomed to my comfort grip handles on all of my other ratchets.
