Excellent kit, good to have the proper tool for the job!
I bought this kit to change the rear brake pads on my wife's Audi A3, I am an amateur/ weekend mechanic I grew up tinkering with VW's. This kit has what you need to reset the calipers on just about any model vehicle (including one disc that is VW specific). It's much easier to have the proper tool for the caliper procedure, rather than working with makeshift tools and struggling to turn the piston while pushing, good quality and value in this kit!I bought this kit to change the rear brake pads on my wife's Audi A3, I am an amateur/ weekend mechanic I grew up tinkering with VW's. Worked Great on my Mini Cooper
Worked great on my 2013 rear brakes.... I recommend spaying WD40 on and in the cracks of the rubber caliper boot of your brakes (this is not a tool problem) before using the tool... the boot in my case would bind/stick when turning and compressing with the tool. This is not a problem with the tool though.

Just what I need for the job
Weather has turned bad, have not used the kit yet but it looks and feels as expected. Blow molded case is pretty flimsy and weak. Latches are junk. If it breaks all the parts will have to go loose into something else. Looking forward to using it because the right tools mean everything on any specialty job.

Great quality tool no issues with it whatsoever. Worked perfectly. And great for those pistons that you have to turn in with the reverse thread screw included in the set. And I will say for those reviews talking about there's no directions included in the set, I just have to say it is not rocket science. It is not difficult to put this tool together and use it as intended, then I do have to say that if you need directions on how to use this tool, you shouldn't be doing your own brakes then anyway.Great quality tool no issues with it whatsoever.
