VERY DISAPPOINTED! Seller overcharged shipping costs. Seller misrepresented item— listed wrong model despite the model number being clearly printed on the side of the unit (clear photos of label omitted in the listing). The item (a precision scale) IS ACTUALLY RATED @ 10X LESS WEIGHT THAN LISTED MODEL! ! I ordered a replacement battery before receiving unit and told the seller this when attempting to negotiate a fair resolution to the improper listing—he offered a return only. Unsat.

**BE AWARE**
I informed buyer that I made a mistake in the listing. I offered FULL refund. Buyer purchased item knowing what the shipping cost was then asked for refund on shipping. Buyer wanted compensation for time to buy battery? He is holding me hostage for poor feedback. scale is over $400, listed for $250 and I took offer for $125. I offered FULL refund for my error. Thats what eBays says I am suppossed to do. Read ebay rules....
