My particular F-67-B is in absolutely superb shape for being 70 years old. It obviously has seen very little use over the years. I'm still looking to take it apart to get inside and see what's all going on in there, as the action doesn't feel the same when switching directions. Probably just needs alittle lubrication after all of these decade's. I can feel that there are no broken teeth inside, so it's just something minor.👍

This is not a bad tool, that is when it's functioning like the day it rolled off the assembly line. The problem is that it could have problems inside the ratcheting mechanism, like a worn out gear, or a chipped tooth on the gear. I would advise in being careful when buying something like this. I had one show up with problems in the gear, also the detention ball and spring that keeps the socket from falling off was missing!. Those kind of things are covered under the manufacturers warranty luckily.
