Item is exactly as described--A new-in-box Phoenix Plus. Seller was very proactive, providing order confirmation, shipping confirmation and tracking, and delivery confirmation. Also, seller requested that should I have ANY concerns, I should notify them immediately. I had no problems what-so-ever. Scanner arrived in original factory packaging and then inside another carton.
