I used the Solas cross reference tool for identifying the correct part number. Unfortunately after receiving the part, the spline count did not match. The seller was good with returning the part, but I lost close to $50 based on shipping and other costs. The seller’s description did say not responsible for shipping, but I also struggle with how this is my fault. Although not necessary if the cross reference tool was correct, the seller could have also included the spline count in the description

I sent the correct item that was advertised with the correct part number. The buyer made a purchase decision based on info they got elsewhere. I did accept the return and still after promptly sending the correct item and accepting the return of the item, I was given negative feedback based on the buyers mistakes,
