I ordered 8 storage bins Large 19 gal size and a couple had some broken bits but you couldn't notice and it still appeared strong so we decided to keep them because they are so nice. I messaged the seller and he offered a $15 refund and I could just keep them. I thought that was so sweet. Plus, I saved in the long run because Amazon wanted to charge double!!
