Fraud! I paid for BMW 550i, which is again offered for sale.
The seller refused to release the vehicle due the payment, which was made after 7 days, and he treated the entire amount paid (33,500 USD!) as a deposit that he will keep! The seller does not intend to complete the transaction or return the funds paid, which is an obvious attempt at fraud. The offer to pay an additional amount due to late payment was ignored. The case was reported to the relevant services and handed over to the lawyer.

Buyer recieved their car, buyer took 4 months to pay me, thats why i told him his first payments were forfeited. then he made final payment after that for his vehicle and it left with him after waiting one year for pick up.
