Travel trailer arrived with thousands of dollars in damage. Floor was rotted and wet. Both front corners were separated severely from the frame. Contacted the buyer and wanted $1500 to return it. Advertised as in excellent shape. Basically salvage and out $11,750

This customer was offered a full refund for his purchase price (minus freight) on the day he received the item. He chose to make a claim with Ebay buyer's protection. I received the trailer back 2 months later and customer still got his full refund with Ebay paying his return freight. Live video calls were made at customers request to fully inspect the unit prior to payment and shipping. We specialize in commercial trucks and now regret trying to help a friend sell their trailer!
