The original owners lived in Phoenix Arizona. For many years, a group of friends travelled together and gathered at various campgrounds on weekends, holidays and vacations. Regular use of a motorhome is much better than occasional use and long periods of storage and inactivity. The rig was meticulously maintained and comprehensive records were kept. We purchased it from the original owners in July and it showed no signs of leaks, rust, rot or mold. We toured the southwest before we imported it into Canada. Unfortunately, recent health issues will prevent us from continuing with our plans to tour the maritime provinces and the east coast down to Florida. Our Southwind is at our home in Barrie Ontario and it is ready to head south tomorrow. We have a current Ontario Vehicle Safety Certificate that is valid into January and we advise everyone not to purchase a used RV in Ontario that does not include a current certificate.”
