Better than expected
Just a FYI: when the product says "Universal" that implies that there is some sort of customization that you must do to make it fit your bike. I knew that going in and that's a part I really like. That being said, this product is plastic and once installed it has some flex to it when the lids are open but that's on me because as I said before about the customization aspect of this job there are things I can do to stiffen the bag up by making extra brackets and so forth. Just as the bags sit the are surprisingly rigid and well made for being plastic. I have a Victory Highball and wanted smallish bags and these fur just perfectly in the space without having to remove and relocate the rear turn signals. They ride at the perfect height about the pipes and look great. If I could I would post ... Happy it is finally done.
Here are the Pros and Cons. Pros: It does look nice when mounted, It has the lights build into it, It closely resembles a genuine Harley touring pack. Cons: The trunk is all you get, no seat, or rack, or connection cables. It has a strange 5 pin male adapter that you cannot cut off, and replace. I finally found one at "bad dad dot you know what. It was a long process, but I painted and pinstriped it as well, it did arrive to me vivid black. Once I got all together and mounted, it is nice to have all the extra lighting in the back, I will add running light strips on the sidesHere are the Pros and Cons. More than I expected
I was very skeptical first. My friend had purchased the similar thing before and he was very disappointed. His bad is more like cheap Chinese Food takeout container. However, this one has very high quality. Steady hardware. The size of the bad is little smaller than I expected, but can't beat this price. I am very satisfied. Thanks much!!

Hard bags
Haven't mounted them yet but I'm very pleased. For the price these bags seem to be very good quality and arrived at my house 3 days after ordering them. I highly recommend if you're looking for a cheaper option and you're not afraid to modify the product. And by that I mean, I'm sure I'll have to modify the brackets to get the right fit on my 2005 harley dyna. Very pleased!!

The leash for the lid was misplaced, so the lid flops down when opened, causing a crack in the plastic by the hinge. The lock and latch is cheap, too. Does not function well, and my friends broke in no time. But it is much cheaper than Harley's......just be gentle while using it. Do I recommend? Yes and No. Is it a good value? Yes and No....ya get what ya pay for. Is it of good quality?
