Seller didn't disclosure a suspension issue with the 2020 Tesla Model Y until after the auction ended. If I had known, I wouldn't have bid. He claimed Tesla repaired the issue just after he listed the car but he failed to update the listing. He provided no proof of the repair. He refused to refund the deposit despite the undisclosed issue. Also it's suspicious that the Tesla car isn't eligible for the $4000 EV instant federal rebate even though some escrow services say it is.
