Giving seller benefit of doubt with neutral rating. Item arrived, but had additional broken tabs and a crack in plastic (not disclosed). Poorly packaged. Seller suggested I was trying to scam him because the item in the pictures I sent did not resemble the item he shipped (clean). I was able to demonstrate that item shipped was indeed the item listed by comparing with the other pics of item sent. Seller acknowledged and apologized. Agreed on a partial refund. Frustrating experience.
