Scammers. I won bid on ebay. I get message to send cell phone to discuss. Against ebay recommendations. Mr. Jason Brockman called me back me back, first words out of his mouth was "I am not attempting to bait and switch but he had made a mistake in the listing" as he had talked to ebay about what had happened. We then negotiated a new price of $14,000 which included shipping to me. Had me speak with bankers but would not show a way to complete transaction. Need ebay to contact me for more.

This "buyer" is a cheap scam artist who never paid for his "purchase". After weeks of excuses and negotiating free shipping and delivery he just kept phishing for personal info and bank info. Even called our bank and tried to get account information claiming he was us. Guy isn't even good at his con.
