My experience was mixed. The seller was initially responsive. After purchase, the harness received was not the one described in the item listing. The item received had two damaged hip-leg straps that compromised safety and were not pictured nor described as damaged.
Seller provided limited response after being contacted post-sale and offered to take the item back (my cost of S/H) but would not do a minor refund to replace the damaged straps, even though the sale description was misleading.

Climbing harness looked great almost new. The bridge was in good condition even safety rings. Shipping took almost a week just to get it shipped out. look I understand people have jobs but it shouldn't take almost a week to get something shipped out. All n all I would still buy from this seller even though the communication and shipping was minimum.
