Seller's listing was ambiguous regarding shipping. His listing stated the item would need to be picked up in his home town yet the shipping portion of the listing stated he would ship it for $15 via USPS for which I paid and he accepted. I kindly asked him to fulfill his obligation however he decided to refund instead. I wish him well.
