It did not come with instructions in the wrong Hardware came with it... I had to get my own bolts to use... once I figured out how I got put together and installed eventually and got put on and looks good... it's good for the price but you need to get extra screws for it

not exactly like the original one...and not as well manufactured
It is not a well made product,and we had to make adjustments, drill holes, etc. to make it work. Not as well made as the orginal. But, we got it to work. And I don't know where else I could have gotten a load bar to fit my Saturn Vue..so, I guess it was worth it. But, disappointing in the quality.

No directions for install, but a good product.
The product came without any instructions for installation. I was able to find a YouTube video that helped some, but mostly I had to figure it out on my own. Some trial and error took extra time. With good directions, the install would have taken less than 30 minutes. Overall, the price was better than I expected and the quality is good. It fit just like it should.

Was not as advertised.
Picture shows rails on car when this is installed, not true, rails have to come off. No instructions, says hire a professional to install. Opened too late to install, so I cannot send it back, lost my money on it, ended up throwing it in the trash, totally useless.

The roof rack rails look great at a good price. But no instructions.
It did not come with instructions.. I had to get my own screws to use because the ones that came with it were the wrong size, and all the hardware was useless that it came with..but it looks good on my suv and it was a good deal with the price..
