Bolted right up to my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 hemi. My son-in-law put it on. Hardest part was getting the old bolts off to remove the cracked exhaust manifold off. So far no issues with the exhaust system. It is a little louder but not really noticeable.

Totally would have left a positive review but these headers are a nightmare to install not to mention there is less than 1/4" from the motor mount on the passenger side and one of the gaskets was broke from poor packaging, also they need to be slotted on the bottom side to make installation ALOT easier, definitely don't try to use the bolts supplied because the heads would make it a problem trying to tighten, otherwise they work as intended
