The starter works great on my Willys pickup. I needed a starter to fit my L-head bellhousing and this one fit perfect. Be sure to read their description carefully to make sure you get the right starter. I counted my ring gear teeth prior to ordering to ensure I got the right one. Now I can ditch my old foot stomp 6V starter and convert the rest of my truck to 12V. I ordered it on Monday and the starter was on my doorstep in less that 48 hours.
