Original item had a small piece cracked off the plastic frame, probably wouldn't affect performance, but seller provided a replacement very quickly. Excellent service! Ebay reported that seller had not responded to my request for a replacement and consequently gave me a refund, but seller had in fact responded to me. Accordingly, I arranged with the seller to purchase another one but have him not ship it, so seller was made whole for the transaction.
