This hose looks a little different than the OEM unit but it fit my 06 3.7L Liberty. This is technically not the pcv valve hose. It's the crank case vent. 2 legs go to the cylinder heads and the 3rd leg goes to the air filter box as a source for clean air. The pcv valve hose goes from the pcv valve to the rear of the intake manifold as a vacuum source.
