They rarely updated shipping info, it arrived late and that’s not a problem I understand they can’t control postal service, I asked them about my package and they told me “to be patient” and basically just blew me off and just said shut up until it arrived. Bad service and product was cheaply made don’t expect it to last very long oh I learned my lesson.

The seller shipped the item, but it did not arrive on time. However, I think that was a problem with UPS. I let them know I filed a claim and the seller quickly sent me a new item completely free of charge! I did not expect that at all and was very appreciative.
