Makes the door sills look complete
Don't know why these aren't on at least the higher trim level cars to begin with. Oh ya. So we can keep charging you for a car you already paid for. Looks good. Much more heavy duty than the picture allows for. Installation us super simple though I would suggest removing the plastic sill from the car to install. Will be much easier to align then accurately that way. The plastic sills just pull up. No screws to mess with. Definitely use the adhesive promotor they provide in the kit. I temporarily laid the sill plate down and drew a chalk line around it so that I could see where the promotor should go. You don't want that stuff outside of the line. The product is an OEM part. The quality is really good and it comes with the template, the adhesion promoter. Easy to install. As someone else suggested, unhook the side sill and then install this scuff plate. Looks great. Highly recommend the product.

Good value and look nice installed
Very detailed instructions for cutting out the template that was supplied for installation. I was tempted to shortcut and just install the plates where they seemed to have been positioned for. I'm glad I didn't because I would have probably have had them positioned in the wrong spot. Don't know if that would have made a difference or not?.
